I felt very secure as a solo female traveler near the mall. it was open late. I walked there late at night. i found kindness in the staff and the hop-on, hop-off bus made sightseeing easy. the hotel's location as the third stop was very convenient.
the hvac system outlets near my room were too loud at night. it really affected my sleep. the noise seemed constant

The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of choices catering to different tastes. I especially enjoyed the thai dishes. the room was quite clean and well kept. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. i found the location convenient, close to attractions. It was easy to get around.
The hotel's gym was smaller than expected. It had limited equipment.

The location was near a shopping mall. It made shopping very easy. The staff were friendly. My room included complimentary bottled water, soft drinks, coffee, and tea, those were replenished every day. That was a nice touch. I found the bed comfortable.
The air conditioning was not adjustable in the room, so it was a little too cold! though the rest was amazing.

Oh my gosh, the staff members were super friendly. The breakfast options had tasty choices. This hotel has great access to the train so travel is easy. I loved the computer area for guest use.
The gym needs new equipment, it seemed a little old.

It is in prime location. The hotel is located right next to the train station, that makes travelling easy. There are also shopping centers and several restaurants in walking distance so it is perfect.

The location offered convenient access to transportation. there is a nearby train station. This made getting around the area easier. the staff was helpful .
my room had a musty smell upon arrival. a noisy generator was located outside the first room i was assigned. one of my items was damaged when i used the laundry service.
